 DemoTechnics was founded in 2006 by Shane Sultan, a South Florida native and second-generation General Contractor with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction catering mainly to the South Florida area.  Shane holds a bachelor degree of Business Administration with a major in Small Business Management from Florida Atlantic University.  After getting involved in the construction industry at a young age, Shane realized there was a market for quality construction services, which led him to start DemoTechnics. Shane's versatility and attention to detail, along with his vast experience in construction management, make him an indispensable member of the company.  With hundreds of projects completed throughout Florida, DemoTechnics has recently expanded operations into North Carolina where we look forward to serving additional region.
